• We usually process within 48 hours once you place the order. All products are shipped out between 3 – 7 working days
• Free shipping for orders of Rs. 999, for below Rs. 999 orders a flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 is charged. Cash on Delivery (COD):

RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you an equivalent discount code towards your next purchase. For customized products cancellation/refund is not possible after placing an order.
• We produced using the highest quality standards. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement for you or refund you in full including the shipping charges, where applicable.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are manufacturing defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us on +91 9666 363 363 or send us an email at

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order or before order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• In terms of approved cancellations, please allow 7-10 business days to process the refund. Additional delay might occur.
• In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
• Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days.
